What currency are the prices on the site?

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

When will my order ship?

UK Orders:

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (UK time) are dispatched the same working day.

  • All UK orders include free next‑day delivery (not guaranteed) via Royal Mail 24 Business.

International Orders:

  • Processing time: 24–48 hours

  • Delivery time: 7–10 business days, excluding holidays

  • All international parcels are tracked & signed

Tracking: Tracking numbers are usually updated within 2 business days after dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking after 5 business days, email us at ltsolutions@mail.com.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied? What if there is an issue?

Yes — we offer a 30‑day return policy.

You can return your item if:

  • It is unused and in its original condition

  • It is in its original packaging

  • You include your name and order number

If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money‑back guarantee.

Return shipping:

  • Customers pay return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel your order before it ships at no cost. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it once it arrives.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours at ltsolutions@mail.com.

If the order has not shipped, we can update the address. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address and no refund will be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United Kingdom: Next working day (Royal Mail 24 Business)

  • Europe: 3–8 working days

  • Rest of the World: 7–10 working days
