1. 30‑Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • with all tags attached

2. UK & EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period (Legal Right)

If your order is being delivered to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

To exercise this right, the item must still meet the eligibility conditions listed above.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

5. Non‑Returnable Items

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.
