1. Processing Times

Orders placed before 11:00 am (UK time) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 11:00 am are dispatched on the next working day.

We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Tracking Information

Tracking details (where available) will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail 24 Business includes delivery confirmation and may include tracking depending on the service level.

5. Delivery Issues

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

  • UK orders are considered lost after 10 working days

  • International orders are considered lost after 20 working days

Once confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
